Biography

After graduating from the National Theatre Drama School in 2004 Charity found her niche market in short plays performing in many independent festivals such as Short and Sweet, MelBorn, and Play 6, as well as dozens of play readings through Crash Test Drama and Melbourne Writers Theatre.  Recent full-length productions include a debut Australian musical Marking Life, The Park and Chasing Pegasus.  Finally cracking into the TV market she landed a guest role on Surprise Surprise Gotcha, a presenting role in the Mystical Guides pilot, and a number of commercials.  She’s recently completed a National campaign for Coles ‘Down Down’ TVC and her first role in TV Series with a bit part on Offspring.  Charity also started with friends a not for profit group called Melbourne Theatre Collective supporting emerging Australian playwrights.
